Press 1 pecan in the center of the warm Rolo until the Rolo is flattened. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes until the Rolos have softened.

Preheat the oven to 350. Remove from the oven and press a pecan half on top of each candy letting the chocolatecaramel candy squish. Place a unwrapped rolo on top each pretzel.

Bake for exactly 4 minutes.
